‘Runaway Rewards’ is Lakme Salon’s loyalty program
Objective:
To add customer email address to their profiles and get ‘Opt-ins’ for receiving promotional communication from brand.

Campaign flow:
- SMS broadcast to existing users with embedded short link
- When users click on the link in SMS, their mobile number is captured and passed along in the URL
- User lands on survey form & fills the form
- User’s mobile number pre-filled to avoid errors
- On submit, user data along with his opt-in information is saved in the database
- All user submitted data is shown in the dashboard created for client including Name, Email, Mobile number and Opt-in consent
- Reports can be exported from the dashboard in CSV format filtered by date range
