Objective:
Client wants to extend offers via coupon codes for 3 hair related services to eligible customers.

User journey:
SMS broadcast to existing customers with link
User clicks on link and lands on landing page
Their mobile number is verified,
If it exists in the database, they are shown the 'Get Code' button, else shown a regret message
If user clicks to get any of the 3 offers,
They are asked to submit their email address,
On submit, they are sent the coupon code by SMS
Which they can show at the outlet to redeem offer
If the same user (mobile number) comes to the landing page again,
The offers she has taken earlier are not available to her again, only the unused offers are available
Continued:
Admin panel shows -
Total no of codes used for each offer,
User data: email, mobile, coupon code, time & date
Admin panel has an upload form for coupon codes and users mobile numbers to database
10,000 codes of each service are uploaded before campaign started
If the codes of any offer reach 2000, an automatic alert is triggered to admin to upload more codes
