Campaign flow:
  • Hypercity registered customers are sent out SMS with personalized short-link
  • Users click on the link which include their RMN
  • Users land on the form with the RMN pre-filled
  • All user submitted data is saved in the database with their RMN
  • Every Monday morning an automated report of last week is sent to client admin by email

Data delivery:
Exported CSV reports auto-mailed to client's designated emails
